Alex Nicholls is a psychotherapist who uses art, play, and story therapy to support a client's journey towards health and healing. His unique take is that he uses art and games (such as Dungeons and Dragons, and Lego) to provide therapy to adults and young adults. Play Lego while getting therapy? Who wouldn’t want that?

Alex is focused on the use of narrative, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approaches to art therapy, helping participants reframe their own stories and encouraging them to leverage alternative perspectives in service of their mental health.

He has a fun, upbeat personality and you’re sure to feel immediately comfortable in his presence.
